Established in 2010, the Ralph Steadman Art Collection (RSAC) was created to celebrate and showcase the work of renowned British artist Ralph Steadman. RSAC is dedicated to presenting and reproducing Steadman’s art at the highest quality, collaborating directly with him on exhibitions and licensing. Over the years, RSAC has partnered with prestigious brands such as Alexander McQueen, Vans, Supreme, and the Royal Shakespeare Company. As a leading cartoonist and illustrator of his era, Steadman’s work continues to inspire and influence artists across the globe.
We are delighted to partner with the Ralph Steadman Art Collection in presenting a collection of fine art prints. Ralph Steadman's artwork will be available to view in an upcoming exhibition, “Ralph STEADman: INKling” at Chatham Historic Dockyard, Kent. Bridgeman Editions' prints featured within this exhibition, such as: Nextinction (2015), Critical Critters (2017), Animal Farm, “Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas” collection, are available to purchase framed and unframed.
Ralph Steadman’s exhibition in Kent, entitled "Ralph Steadman: INKling," will be held from September 21, 2024, to November 17, 2024, at the Chatham Historic Dockyard. The exhibition will feature a ticketed display of Ralph Steadman's work, many of which are available to purchase as fine art prints through Bridgeman Editions. This comprehensive exhibition includes editions such as ‘Nextinction’ (2015), ‘Critical Critters’ (2017), and pieces from the ‘Animal Farm’ and ‘Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas’ collections. Showcasing 80 pieces, the exhibition is organised around four key themes, reflecting the full spectrum of Steadman's artistic range. Ralph Steadman’s artist skill from the past 60 years will be highlighted within this exhibition so don’t miss out!
In addition to the UK exhibition, Ralph Steadman’s collection will be travelling to the US in Washington. The Washington exhibition, “Ralph Steadman: And Another Thing”, will premier on the 7th of September until the 8th of December, 2024, at the American University Museum at the Katzen Arts Center. Unlike the UK based exhibition at the Chatham Historic Dockyard, this exhibition will be a touring exhibition. The exhibition will travel to the Oklahoma State University Museum of Art in Stillwater, Oklahoma; the Bates College Museum of Art in Lewiston, Maine; and the Barry Art Museum at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.
